[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for years ago. It is a great dishwasher and have had no issue with it functioning properly. You need to get used to how the bottom rack slides since it is not attached, but this is something you get used to after a year of use. My bottom rack developed a rust spot 4 years later but they are replacing it for free since it is within 5 years.

All four of the products have been great. There was one small issue with dishwasher, LG support was very helpful and resolved the issue, We will continue to Buy and recommend LG to all our family and friends.

We have had this dishwasher for four years and it has been used no more than 20 times. The front finish is peeling off. Other than that we love the dishwasher!

The first year, the middke rack rusted. The tines have never held stturdy. It takes far too lonh to go through the cycle. The baskets for utensils ate cheap and do nit hold onto the rack.

Very disappointed

Black Stainless Steel finish is very poor quality, it comes off with routine cleaning. Never used any harsh cleaner or abrasive materials to cause this. Don't like the racks poor design and the rubber or vinyl to protect the dished from scratching is wearing off and rusting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this unit for about 4 years now, and it is the best we’ve ever had! It really cleans, and is super quiet while doing it!! We LOVE the upper silverware rack, as it saves so much space for dishes down below. If only the washer would load and unload itself...ha!
There’s only one slight drawback, and if I could deduct half a star I would. The coated metal racks are rusting through a bit at the junction points—this started about 3 years in. However, I contacted LG service, and even though I’m a bit out of warranty they are replacing them for free, so problem solved!! A great unit, and great customer service to boot!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher in the house 3 years now. About 2 years after using this washer we noticed the upper rack starting to rust. It has gotten so bad that the part that holds the spinner water dispenser has rusted off and no longer is working. We contacted LG and they are sending us a replacement rack under warranty. Very happy with how it washes and drys dishes, but the rack not lasting 2 years has me worried.
