[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since we purchased we had a broken lower rack that had to be replaced, the entire motor kit had to be replaced, one of the fold down prong rwcks on lower rack broke off and most recently the circuit control had to be replaced because it was smoking and had burned out a few things. This was a real safety issue. Fortunately the service person came right out for this last issue and repaired free of charge do I was very happy with that service. But in general this DW has been a problem from day 1.

Dishwasher is very large. Love the 3rd rack for flatware! The adjustable tines on the bottom and middle racks allow for greater flexibility when loading dishes. Dishwasher has the black stainless finish, which began to flake off after just 2 years. We are very careful when wiping off the outside surface to preserve the finish. Same problem with refrigerator. We replaced the discharge pump and lines just recently, after it was making loud noises and would not drain.

I had a dishwasher for over 20 years and loved it. When we remodeled our kitchen we replaced it with this one and I hate it. From the constant foul smell to the rust on the baskets. Terrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for 5-6 years. Mostly ok not the best dishwasher. After first couple years the frequency of filter cleaning went way up. Unit has bright blinky LEDs that we had to duct tape over to keep our house from blinking incessantly. The control panel on top is black on black so fairly impossible to determine what cycle you are trying to at. Without looking closely. Finally, the bottom rack post’s constantly fall over because they don’t click securely into place. Replaced it once under warranty but same issue. Also silver ware baskets break easy so silver ware slips through and blocks lower washer spindle. So works ok but would not buy LG kitchen appliances again. We have stove and fridge too. Fridge ok but stove has issues.

Had a previous lg model that lasted approximately 8 years with no issues . It recently had issues , so we replaced it with a similar model. I appreciate the adjustable drain hose and the led light inside . Purchased based on how quiet the machine is , amazing .
I had some rust problems on the racks in my LG dishwasher. Called the product support dept and they sent new racks. Very impressed with the great support and service.
