Quiet but doesn't clean well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet and nice looking unit. Does not clean dishes well. I suspect this is due to it be very quiet. It just doesn't spray hard enough to get the job done before. Had a Bosch before this and it was fantastic.

The Service Tech, Patrick was Great! He was attentive, efficient, friendly and thorough. The product is a disappointment. In my 50 years I have seen more than my share of dishwashers. Yes, when old, they die. But this 6 year old, rarely used DW shouldn't have a drain hose leak, specially not a tear at the clamp connection that seemed more like a product quality issue rather than wear and tear.

Cleans well but horrible upper and lower racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans and dries dishes great. But right after five years had passed and the warranty was up on the racks, both the upper rack and the lower rack have rusted out completely. It is going to cost almost as much as the I paid for the entire dishwasher, to replace them. It is absolutely crazy how bad the rusting is. I am so disappointed.

The electronics problem was hard to resolve but Jong kept at it and was polite and competent at every step of the process. Really glad I can keep this dishwasher as I love its features, water and energy efficiency, and how quietly it runs.

Broken sprayer arm
