[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this model as it was a top end model. Once we got it installed and began using it then we soon became disappointed and two months later nothing has changed. Overall the inside appears to be larger and well designed. However, it holds far less dishes due to the way the tines are angled. Takes longer to load, reload which is very inconvenient. In addition, it takes WAY TOO LONG to run through the cycles. I have never owned a dishwasher that took 2-3 hours to run through. For the cost I would say don't bother.

So dissappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the whole lg kitchen suite, bc I loved the finish and thought lg was a great brand. The dishwasher by far is the one appliance I would return if I could. Had to take out 3rd row, it's terrible! The silverware rack doesn't even fit, falls over and wiggles. The machine sounds so loud worse than a jet...can't run it before bed or it wakes the whole house. Now for the worse part...smells likes it's burning when running, then water smell musty after every cycle. Takes forever, does not dry and barley gets dishes clean. I am sorry to write this review but the quality of our unit is terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and have only used a few times so far - but so far very pleased! It is soooo quiet and I love that you can run just the top drawer or just the bottom drawer and do a half load if you only have a few dishes.

Silverware does not get cleanned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 1/2 years ago Very quite that is a major plus!!! but I am not happy with the way the knifes get cleaned. I have to clean them by hand before I put them away.
