[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher based on good product reviews. At first I fell in love with it in the store. It seemed to have everything I wanted and a little extra. The love affair is over. The rack system on the bottom is weak. In the beginning, it was fine. Now it seems like everything is loose which makes the rack (tines) collapse and whatever dishes are loaded, fall over. It doesn't appear to be wearing well at all. Additionally, the soap dispenser cover takes a few times to snap closed. The wash performance is good. Dishes come clean, but you need to use a rinse aid to help with the drying process. It would also be nice if the pad was illuminated when the power is on, to better read the cycles. If you can put up with the racks, it's not a terrible dishwasher. I have an LG range and refrigerator and I absolutely LOVE them.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 3 weeks ago. It is very quiet & has some great features that I’m still figuring out. Love the multiple racks & how they adjust. One minor flaw is the silverware holder, not a big fan of the design. But overall super happy with this purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! It’s so quiet, fits more dishes, love all the features, and dishes get more clean than the old one I had. Worth the extra money!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello and thank you so much for the feedback Nooleys2002. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what did not work out in your experience. We have sent the feedback over to our factory team for review. ^AC
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is not as quiet as you think. It emits a high-pitch whistling while running.
All 3 racks have lost part of their vinyl coating and have rusted causing rust on my stainless steel. The first rack was replaced under warranty, the second was past warranty and I had to pay for it. I haven't been able to locate a replacement for the top (3rd) rack. So I've been using Rerack vinyl repair.
The tine placement on the racks is awkward. Although designed for flexibility, they don't always stay up and getting my dinner plates to stand up as they do in other dishwashers has been a challenge. They keep tilting.
I love the looks of it. And cleaning has been ok, although i have found that sometimes dried on food doesn't get cleaned in the normal cycle. I follow all instructions including use of specified rinse agents.
