[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this machine for only a month, so it's a little early to comment on long term issues. So far so good. I am not having any of the problems that the one star reviews are complaining about. Fingers crossed! Machine washes and dries well. I've had no problems with items not being cleaned, not being dried or laundry pods not dissolving. What sold me on this machine is that LG has the best warranty in the industry. Hopefully, I will never have to find out how good they are on honoring their warranties. Fingers crossed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. I love the third rack. This dishwasher is so quiet that you really can't hear it running. It cleans the dishes well and all the racks have dividers that are easily changed to hold different size dishes and pots/ pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not what I expected - food stays on, leaves water spots, doesn't dry on a normal setting. Have used several different powders,liquids - no change. Seems like the materials used are cheap. SO DISAPPOINTED

Beware of black diamond finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The black diamond finish started chipping off within months of purchase. We have no pets or children, just 2 adults in the house so there is no major wear and tear on the item. Also, the rack ends are starting to rust already. It is a nice quiet washer and does a relatively good job getting the dishes clean if you load it properly, but for the money I paid I expected the finish to last longer.

Poor Shelf Design

This dishwasher has one major flaw. The tines on all shelves DO NOT STAY UP! It is a constant frustration to have to pop the tines back up EVERY time this unit is loaded/unloaded. The extreme top silverware tray is precariously perched on two points with it easily knocked off. I love LG products but this dishwasher was a total design flop for the shelves.

rack wheels and soap dispensers brake eZ

Not only did the rack wheels come off and break but also the dispenser for soap and rinse broke and cant reorder

Do not buy this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this dishwasher less than a year, the silverware basket has been an issue since day 1 does not stay together. The glass rack has strange dimensions and many glasses fall over, the plates in the lower rack fall over. The cycles are very long and leave dishes wet. This is a poorly designed product, I should have bought a competitors product
