Thesize screen is great

The first tv we had to bring back it had a red line down the middle of screen ,the second one works good hope it last spending that much money on a tv we hope it last for years
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Great 4K picture

4K looks great. Cable in 1080i doesn't look good because of color settings. Maybe I will get the settings calibrated right, I have been toying with it for a while, to no avail. Some stations look fine and others look terrible. This didn't occur with my other tv.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: poor regular cable picture so far

Great TV, Not So Smart

My boyfriend and I were very excited to get this TV, especially for the Smart features. The picture is great, sound is great, we love the sports mode option but we have had nothing but problems with the Smart Apps. Either they don't load at all or they stop working in the middle of using them and the TV completely freezes. It is very frustrating considering this is what we got the TV for. Samsung is doing their best to fix the issue, but haven't gotten any results. We got this TV to replace the Apple TV we had and it's getting to the point where we're thinking of hooking our Apple TV back up. Hope the issue is resolved soon & hope they can fix this issue for future customers.

. Using the remote's buttons (or Smart View 2.0 enabled soft_remote on my SamsungTablet) + OnScreen keybd as the sole means of navigation is not SMART for 2016 - PLEASE make VG-KBD2500 compatible with UN55JS7000 and more Apps.
. Compatible Skype Camera is sorely missing
. a browser much like the one of the popular ones (G Chrome/ FFox/ IE) would be most welcome

Wish i could have exchanged it

I am impressed with the processor speed in this tv. Im not impressed with the tv. i ordered it online . and wanted to exchange it but had no transportation and to do so since it is so big and i cannot manage it by myself.
It was delivered to my home during a snowstorm and due to weather i could not turn it on till after it came to room temp on advice from delivery. However , i waited 4 hours then turned it on setup was a breeze..Samsung does great with making it easy. No internet issues..all my Samsung tvs are great to get on the net. App selection is good, Good clear sound... I have many Samsung devices and am a loyal customer. it will not let tune it to Suhd without loosing the sound.. i love the ability to have Samsung remote check it out for issues.
the settings menu is also a plus it explains everything as you go along.. All i can say is i would exchange it for the oled if i could but cannot .
