The user's manual is not worth the parer it is written on, the on-line manual is a generic manual that does not cover model specific questions.
Cons: poor documentation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased in Feb 2016, we are enjoying watching HD programming with picture quality that is stunning. And... 4K picture quality is stunning... we are waiting for more programs in 4K on our local cable. Sound quality is very good, although we know we could add a sound bar or home entertainment system to make it even better. So far, the Smart TV part of the system has been easy to use and fairly extensive. The only one we haven't been able to access has been ACORN TV, but maybe that will be added to the optional apps. It has been well worth the price to have a great viewing experience with this TV.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers

Totally worth every penny great picture and the apps are cool too. The sound quality could have been a little better but overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase would do it again in a moment.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight

A problem with the picture was corrected remotely . The TV is now excellent.

Samsung just keeps getting better and better

Wow, as if my 2010 Samsung LCD wasn't great enough, in comes in this 4K TV into my life. It looks so great with my Digital Cable and makes gaming off my XBOX One just look amazing. I have yet to play movies via Blu-Ray or USB files. Netflix has been setup but haven't set it up for 4K viewing. But I am sure I will not be disappointed. I am now ready for 4K content!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight

TV has a great picture and like the smart TV options. After 4 months this tv is starting to shut off by itself.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: tv shuts down on its on.
