TV has a great picture Like the smart festures. Using the remote for entering text is cumbersome. Looking forward to more 4k programming.

Broken But Fixed

I bought this TV as a Christmas gift for my son and his family. When set up on Christmas day, it developed a flicker across the bottom of the screen which eventually turned into an opaque black band over the lower one quarter of the screen. None of our attempts at self diagnosis would solve the problem. I finally gave up and replaced this set with another Samsung which seems to work fine.
I brought this set back and contacted Samsung support on 1/5/2016 and they set up a repair order. The same evening Samsung's repair contractor called and asked for photos of the problem so their tech could figure out what to do. I followed up on 1/7/2016 with the contractor and was told a replacement part (screen/panel) was on backorder but would keep me informed on its progress. The contractor (RossTec) received the part on 1/15/2016 and called to schedule a service call for 1/18/2016. A very competent technician arrived on time and replaced the panel quickly. It checked out OK and has been performing well since then.
Happy with the TV now that it is repaired. I am satisfied that Samsung responded quickly and resolved the issue as soon as possible.
Pros: Realistic color, bluetooth audio
Cons: faulty panel but fixed

I have owned the SUHD 50" TV (Model# JS7000F) for less than two weeks. This TV delivers a great picture and was easy to set up out of the box. So far this TV is living up to its excellent reviews. Great bang for the bucks.

We love are new Samsung TV. The picture is great and it almost looks like your right their in it. I haven't checked the motion control out yet, just bought a camera and going to be trying it out.

I am very happy with this TV as the picture is great and easy to setup. Replaced a 42" Vizio and there is no comparison. I would recommend this TV to all my friends.
