inability to watch tv

After initial start up, unable to watch tv. Picture distorted and pixelating. Brought tv back for exchange. Same issues. Spent hour on phone and arranged for cable company to come out. Just by chance, went on Samsung web page and saw alert for J series and HDMI connection. Seem there is a glitch and a software update is pending. Till then, I am on hold.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought as a birthday gift for my mother. Unfortunately it died after 4 months. I usually have good luck with Samsung TVs. Would NOT recommend!
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

I really really love the picture on this TV. So crisp and clean. The sports mode is awesome. Makes me feel like I am there. I would highly recommend this TV to everyone.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: downward speakers.

Amazing TV

We have had this TV for about a week and we love it. It was very easy to set up and the color is just fantastic, you have to see it in your home to know what I mean. On Sunday, while watching the game I hit the sports button which intensified the color and sound so much so that it felt like I was at the stadium. For the money you can"t go wrong this is one amazing TV.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

I love the BRIGHT picture, the design of tv is sleek. Menu controls are simplistic and easy to use. This is my third Samsung. It is by far . . . the best tv ever!
