awesome tv. color is great and very natural looking, a lot of feature and very affordable. as always samsung rise the bars.

Great TV just an issue with the smart hub

Just bought the js7000 tv on black friday and I love the picture. The only issue I keep getting is an error message that says smarthub is being updated try it later for Netflix, Amazon video and PlayStation now app. I have shut it down and restated it several times and still won't let me in. Hoping I can find help with this issue. Main reason I bought this tv is so I didn't have to stream through my PS

Cons: smarthub issues

A nice SUHD tv with a poor operating manual

The TV has a very clear picture but it is difficult to fine tune color, brightness, backlighting and so on secondary to a very limited manual provided with the television. You can go online but there are conflicting advise regarding picture settings.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: poor manual

I upgraded from a 32" and 43" to 2-50" SUHD 7000 series. Spilt screen tv/browser great feature and the new quad processor leaves my tablet and surface on the night stand, I connected wireless keyboard/mouse and surf the net just as fast on the units. Samsung trusted name and trusted product line.
Pros: Realistic color, Built-in speakers, Durable, quad processor plus

Went in to buy a 50" Smart UHD TV and had to convince my Wife that the "Smart" tv was the way to go. The store had a 75" on display and my wife took one look at it and said "Oh yeah, this is it!". TV sold.
The 50" tv's were sold out & I was about ready to have the salesperson order it for pick up later, when my wife said "Just get the 55". This is our first flat screen TV, installed it in 45 minutes, and we're just blown away with the quality of the picture and this product.
