Nice TV, expected more from Samsung

Saw the TV in the store and was blown away by the sharpness and quality of the picture. However, once I purchased it and set it up at home...the fun really began. The colors were horrible! Tried many settings, many hours wasted, trying to get it where the picture was OK. Most settings are WAY too RED, I found the movie mode to be the most tolerable. It has a slight yellow look, but is the best to start with, you can adjust to get rid of most of the yellow. A TV with a four figure retail price, I expected that the colors would be set up for me.
The stand looks great, but it is cheap plastic, and way too large. In addition, it does NOT swivel?! Wish I would have noticed that before purchasing, would have bought a different model.
One button on the remote will put the TV into "Sports Mode", which is great, but Game mode is almost impossible to find. First, go into settings (why settings, when the picture modes are all in picture?), then general (general? who would look there?), then you can turn on/off game mode. One button on the remote would have been nice???
The TV has a ton of features, but be prepared to read the manual, which you'll have to find, as it is a menu on the TV. Not sure how I feel about that...
Overall, the picture is so much better than the old TV I had. Almost no glare, and the viewing angles are awesome. Just wish it was easier to use.
Pros: almost glare free, great viewing angles, nice speakers
Cons: base does not swivel, cheap plastic legs that are longer than necessary, very difficult to get to game mode

Great picture and very clear even in a small room. Good audio and net performance. Easy to setup

Cons: too early needs checking out all features

I bought this 50" JS7000 along with a 65" other S TV for two different rooms. Set them both up and after a week I returned the 65" S TV. Loved the Samsung so much more, just no comparison. I will be buying the 65" Samsung as soon as it becomes affordable for me. Just can't imagine how they can make them any better picture wise. Buy one, you can't go wrong. Don't go by the picture you see in the stores, you can adjust it to perfection. Sound wise, you can't get much with a half inch deep speaker, so just plan on getting a sound bar or speaker system to go with the TV.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: none so far
