My current TV (brand "T") was showing cloudy areas right down the center of the picture. I decided if I was going to replace it I would go all-in. Sure it's smallish at 50" but perfect for the room size. The blue ray version of Lord Of The Rings I am watching is absolutely, mind-blowingly, awesome. I don't know how they can top this 4K SUHD picture quality. Do yourself a favor and pick up one of these UN50JS7000 TV's. Even bigger if you have a largeish room. Too big and you start losing detail because the eye can't take all of it in. You won't regret it, I promise.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, stunningly beautiful picture even on broadcast tv
Cons: like everyone else says the sound quality is poor

What can I say its an all around great TV one of the only things that bugs me is it fades in and out
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers

This is an outstanding tv for the $$, as mentioned stand is flimsy. I previously purchased the same tv in curve however had to return the tv because of room glare. This one is much better for bright room. The curve stand hoever was much sturdier.

Technologically delightful, but remote generic

The picture quality is above and beyond any other brand I saw on display. I believe that the same technology should go into the remote as well. It is a bit sluggish. I entered in the channel and one of the numbers showed up, then I had quite a time adjusting the volume. I put a couple new high quality batteries in it, but that did nothing either. I finally started using the guide and entering the channel I wanted. The remote does have a lite on it though that is nice since the wife likes it dark while watching movies. I think a full function remote with a keyboard would be outstanding since entering email addresses and passwords for all the websites is a real pain in the backside. Even logging on to the internet was frustrating. I do highly recommend this Television to everyone! The quality of Samsung is proven. I have 2 Samsung TV's and 2 monitors. The monitors are pretty old and are still in outstanding working order. I bought this one with only the highest technology in mind, but the price was a nice surprise as well. I may try to find a different remote, but for now the TV is the best I have ever had and a Blu Ray movie is about to begin and if you haven't seen that yet, get to the store and buy your own Samsung model UN60JS7000F and see what I am enjoying! The television weighs about 60 pounds, and the sound is also amazing!

Cons: remote is sluggish typing too time consumming

There is a DIFFERENCE WITH SUHD4k

I bought this tv for the family room and I am very happy with the quality of samsung. This is my first suhd4k tv. I owned a couple samsung tvs and bluray players before this and I must say everything is perfect. There is difference in the video quality even if your not using a 4k cable box, nor a 4k player. On my regular non 4k non uhd upscale bluray samsung player most or all my movies looks better. I popped in Star Wars episode 7 and man I was like Wow an this is regular bluray quality..... If I had a real 4k uhd player, the 4k hdmi cables MY GOD the picture quality would reallly blow my mind away.
I was gotta get the 9000 series but the price difference didnt seem a big deal for me and this tv is meant for big screen viewing.
Well definately come back to samsung to get a new 2016 SUHD for ME!!!!!! I hope u guys bring those new suhd tvs soon

Great Picture

This TV has a great picture and is a real bargain for the price. The picture quality is incredible and the colors are intense. Samsung definitely produces quality products.
It was very easy to hook up to my computer, AV receiver, & Fire TV. Its a little short on smart features but I don't need them. I haven't tried the built-in speakers since I already had a surround sound system from my previous setup. I was a little disappointed that it did not come with a universal smart remote as other models have, but, then again my Harmony remote had no problems adding it on.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
