Good, but could be better

I use this mainly for Bluetooth streaming, which it does well.
It definitely needs more base.
Pros: bluetooth
Cons: lacks base

Not what I was expecting, but still great

When I bought this product, I was expecting a wireless speaker that did not require being plugged in to work, so I was a bit disappointed to find out this wasn't the case. But after using this product for a while, the disappointment has disappeared. For its function, this speaker does its job exceptionally well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wish samsung offered more apps to play music with. Speakers sound great, lack some bass but is to be expected. Nice that you can pair with other samsung speakers and sound bars.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight

The bass on the speaker is terrible once you turn it up the bass distorts terribly I would not recommend the speaker for the money
Cons: Did not meet expectations

great sound! Poor app support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after updating to android 10 the multi room app stopped working .... This issue is ver specified on the android app since September 2019 and no update on the app has been yet release which makes this speaker useless unless you only want to use it as a Bluetooth speaker
