Very bulky and without a battery, beside 10 watts is less than many other spekers at similar price.
Cons: Too big, Did not meet expectations

My sister had gotten one and it's so incredible the sound quality is unreal it's so great. I fell in love with it when I heard it at her house for the first time. The design is very cool with it being round. I love this speaker and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Samsung!!!!!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, amazing sound and design

Power Supply Issues

I like the speaker when it works but the poor design on power supply going into the bottom of the speaker comes unplugged and is very loose on both new speakers I bought. I believe this was a bad design flaw has anyone else had the same issue
Pros: Realistic color, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, fix the power supply issue and it will be good

Needs base. Sounds a little tinny . I would buy a wireless base to go with my speakers if one was offered.

INCOMPATIBLE- DOES NOT WORK - BAD SOFTWARE - NO SAMSUNG SUPPORT

No app or software for Windows desktop or phone. My Samsung phone melted on top of my stuxnet Samsung washing machine, so I am using a Win8 phone. Samsung does not make compatible software to run the speakers on WiFi. Totally unacceptable, since there speakers have their own WiFi radio built in. The only thing I need is an app that will control the speakers and direct them to go to a URL. How hard can that be? (Bluetooth only runs a single speaker).
Cons: Did not meet expectations, incompatible with win desktop or phone, requires additional samsung wifi bridge

The product's install was a snap. I got it to connect to Alexa and had no problems doing so.

Enjoying the sound

So far, the speaker is performing well, but I wish the app were a bit retooled to make finding things easier. I've also found that if I create an equalizer setting on one speaker, it isn't pulled over to the other speaker when they are grouped. It would be nice to set the EQ the same on both speakers.
Pros: compact size
Cons: app could be better

Amazing sound - terrible app

When I first bought these they were amazing, the sound was great and the app functioned flawlessly. Then I updated the app 6 months ago and the experience changed for the worse. The app does not play all the songs on my Galaxy S8 and sometimes has a hard time connecting to streaming services. Unfortunately the only way to use these speakers over wifi is via the proprietary app. You can use bluetooth without the app but then you're limited to two speakers and your range is limited.
Please Samsung, fix this app, don't need fancy features just need functionality. These are EXCELLENT sounding and looking speakers, don't let them die because of a faulty app.
