Excellent Speaker...Terrible App!

I consider myself "tech-savvy," but the Samsung Multi-Room App was NOT easy to set up. And once I did set it up I experienced times when it would either malfunction or simply freeze up. When this happened I was forced to set up the Speaker again! The App gets a One Star rating from me and that's why my Overall Rating is only Three Stars.
The Speaker itself was IMPRESSIVE! I had just returned another Bluetooth/Wi-Fi speaker due it "lean bass." But the R1 delivers in spades when it comes to bass, and its overall sound is full and rich (as advertised). We have it placed in a mid-sized living room and it has enough volume to give us a satisfying musical experience! The Speaker gets a Four Star rating from me for Performance and a Five Star rating for Design.
I would encourage the Samsung App designers to issue Updates to fix the problems users are having. If you don't, you may just find yourselves receiving innumerable returns from dissatisfied consumers. That would be a shame, for the Speaker itself is incredible, especially for its size.

The sound quality is fantastic. The design is very clean. The biggest problem I have is the fact that it does not have an app for Windows 10, so it does not connect to my WiFi network.
Pros: great sound
Cons: no app for windows 10

BEST SPEAKER I'VE EVER OWNED!! I got the radiant360 speaker for Xmas and was a little skeptical at first but once I played the first song on it I was BLOWN AWAY by the sound quality and cool features!! Not only does it fill the WHOLE ROOM with great acoustics but the Samsung multiroom app that you download allows you to do so many different functions.....for example if I'm in and out of the house alot on a particular day I can choose to have my radiant360 speaker AUTOMATICALLY turn on and resume when i come home!! 10+ STARS!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH SAMSUNG!
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

Great sound for a little foot print - easy connection to most audio services
Pros: Inexpensive, love that you can chain speakers
Cons: can't sync with itunes

The sound is good for a speaker of this size and price. BUT, Samsung has not updated the software for Windows 10 as yet so you won't be able to link your PC or other new devices to the speaker.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations, not windows 10 compatible

This speaker has superior craftsmanship and sounds amazing. It fills the room with sound with room to spare. Just hoping I can find a TV with bluetooth so i can sync it to it.
