Waste of Time and Money

I liked the speaker and how it sounded at store. but This speaker system will only work with flawed Samsung app and will not integrate with other systems like google home (my last hope12-2017) . I waited over 3 months (my mistake) with hope for an improved integration update.
We already have Samsung sound bar with our Samsung Suhd Tv. we purchased this to play some music without stress. !

Great Sound and Look. Wireless App needs major improvement

The sound is on point. Looks very nice displayed in home. Samsung Wireless Appneeds improving. Very glitchy. Connecting to SiriusXm doesn't work and needs to be fixed.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: glitchy wireless app

My thoughts and maybe a fix

alright so what can I say I bought this when it was on sale at Walmart I got to say I love the sound that comes out of it that's the first thing that I noticed. the second thing I noticed was the fact that it was relatively easy to connect to and I can connect most of my devices to it. one problem however that I keep having which seems to be a recurring issue is the fact that for some reason it'll randomly not be able to connect to anything and this will be after maybe a month or two of use and my assumption is that it's a electrostatic interference. however what seems to be a fix for me and I'm not sure if it would work for everybody that might have this issue is having it disconnected from any power source whatsoever for say 3 weeks I tend to leave mine on the Shelf out of the way for maybe a month cuz I tend to forget about it I'll bring it back out and plug it back in and it'll be able to connect just like it did before it started having problems and it'll continue to be able to connect for Maybe a month maybe three months depending on how actively I use it.
So again my assumption is that it is having an electrostatic interference. with that really being the only problem that I have it was still worth the amount of money I spend on it because it's an issue that I've been able to fix time and time again it just takes a little time

I really was impressed by these speakers. Great sound at all levels without distorsion.
But the app... what a shame! A great product with a lousy app.

we are big samsung supporters. all our tv's are samsung. purchased 1 of these soeakers and loved it so much, i got one for my daughter. worked great at first... horrible now. cant ever connect. wasted money, worst purchase. do not recommend.

Better off buying a cheap bluetooth speaker

I will never buy a samsung product again. What is the point of creating a WIFI speaker that noting else can connect to but your phone. You can only connect them to SmartThings in bluetooth. What a waste. Fix SmartThings to add a WIFI speaker or use a standardized format that can connect to google or alex. WOW!
