If you have been living under a rock, and have not yet seen Forrest Gump, I highly recommend you do so. The 25th Anniversary blu ray looks excellent with better contrast and richer color than the 2009 “Sapphire Series” release. I did find this to be a tad darker though, so you may have to turn the brightness up a notch, especially if you have an oled. Otherwise it looks great.

If you have not seen or don't like Forest Gump I don't know what to say for you, it is one of the best all time movies and a role I can't picture anyone but Tom Hanks pulling off. I have probably seen it over 100 times and I still find things I may not have noticed before or if I did it didn't click until this time, its that good...
