Wasting Day after Day in Tears. What a piece of ...yeah. No idea what model? TR? G SERIES? nothing is on it and not desktop software. You download it, then it says expired. Still 2 days later can't print a 4x6. All I do is google into rabbit holes of unhappy unsatisfied customers.

Actually I could rate this printer 5 star except for our experience with an earlier Canon printer I bought for my wife. An ip7220 printer. It is so bad that I came close to looking for a printer other than Canon for myself after many years of better luck. Even after Canon replacing the original, it is very slow & noisy preparing to print. And it has a hard time picking up paper from the lower tray if there is any slight irregularity on an edge. My new ip8720 is solid, & quiet as it prepares to print quickly & does a very good job with both text & prints. A good thing is both my wife's printer and my new one use the same ink cartridges. Thanks for that

I purchased this printer (PIXMA iP8720) for 13"X19" printing but when I select from the dropdown box for selecting paper size there is no large format selection. Once (and only once) when I selected A3 it came up 13"X19" paper. Now it only gives me A3 or A3 borderless. It shows that paper 11.69 by 16.54 inches. Honestly, I don't know why the 13" by 19" came up only once. When I printed that sole picture, the quality was not that good. There were streaks throughout the picture. I don't believe the printer is the fault, it seems more a computer problem because I don't believe the printer recognizes the computer because it is somewhat old. It is a MacBook Pro 13" 2017 with macOS Mohave 10.14.6. Any help possible?
