great product there not many coffee maker that you can use ground coffee. I can use my travel mug that comes with it instead of a coffee cup.it is easy to clean and doesn't take up much space. very great for on the go coffee for when. u are in a rush .

I bought this as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. She didn't want the expense of single serve cup plastic cups (not to mention the cost of the brewer), and I didn't want to contribute more plastic to the environment. This is the perfect answer. Any regular grind coffee can be used with quick and good-tasting coffee results.

new machine will not brew

Got up this morning ready to use it and it didn't brew anything. Lots of noise then the light goes off. Went through cleaning process again same thing!! Will be returning. Nice thermos though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for the "to-go" coffee

Simple coffee maker but very efficient - it allows me to quickly brew a mug of coffee. Again, this serves extremely well the "to-go" need. If you are looking for fancy features this is not your coffee maker, but if you want a simple and fast solution to brew coffee for one person, you can't find a better product than this one. I highly recommend it!

Almost perfect, so far

We each like different tea and coffee and are able to make drinks now eacjh to our own tastes. Love the mugs, which come aparetto clean, are leak-proof, and easy to carry. We bought 2 machines for 2 locations, black, so have 2 mugs. According to our needs, and from comments from others, it'd be very helpful to be able to purchase more mugs, especially in different colors, to be able to tell whose is whose.

I wanted to brew my personal choice(s) of coffee as single serve, not pods. It's very easy to adjust your preferred coffee strength, which my Keurig doesn't do. I prefer a stronger brew And, it's so easy to use! Haven't used my Keurig since I got this!

I bought this about a month ago and I love it . I am using it in place of my other coffee maker , it's awesome to make my coffee or tea and know that it will stay hot or cold in the insulated container. Also I don't have to dirty any other container. If I want iced I just fill with ice cubes before The water ( make sure you adjust the amount of water you use, so it doesn't run over ) .
