Love this top-load washer! Replaced my LG front load that had an odor I couldn't get rid of no matter what I did or how often I cleaned the rubber gasket! This is a huge improvement! Very large capacity. Multiple settings, and wifi helps keep track of those, as well of when laundry is done! The only thing I didn't account for is how deep the tub is! I'm only 5' tall, and can't reach the things in the bottom after the load is finished :( I have brought a large pair of rubber BBQ tongs out to laundry room, and use them to help me grab the remaining items from the tub... problem solved. Love my new washer!

Not long after purchase the door seals started to mold/mildew no matter how much I tried to dry it after washing. Also it leaks every once in awhile, still don't know why. Alot of money spent with LG products and have never been disappointed about a purchase from them until now

Most excellent and efficient! Once I found out how to choose which cycle I needed, I was cooking with gas! For instance, there’s a cycle for kids wear that uses steam with a longer cycle to remove stains. The hand wash cycle is neat along with the jeans cycle amid all cycles that pairs nicely with the dryer to recommend the best cycle. The washer alerts me when the the load is completed with a reminder 20 minutes later to remove clothes to alleviate unpleasant odors via the LG ThinQ app. There’s also a remote option that allows me to restart any load accompanied by keep fresh selection. The steam option is amazingly helpful for deeper cleaning and adequate stain removal. The screen on the cycle dial updates with neat feature selections such as fall or Halloween and I can choose my musical notification that occurs when the load is done. I could go on and on but I won’t.
