Used to work great less than two years ago. Now it's impossible to connect it to my phone. Very dissapointed and will never be buying from this company again.

This printer is perfect if you just need a low end printer. It is an exceptional printer for the price. Some of these reviews you would think people expected the quality of a expensive printer. Its easy to set up and does a decent job of printing. Don't expect it to be a professional printer. It in my opinion is a 5 star printer in its class.

It’s awful. Don’t waste your money. I got it about a week ago and every single paper gets jammed when doing double sided things

Not reliable

When the printer worked, it printed/copied well and got the job done. However, it didn't even last me a year. The paper would sit in the tray, adjusted with the grey slides, and the printer gave an error saying no paper was present. After working with the printer for a while, it would print but often jam. After receiving that initial error, very rarely would I get an actual print job, which is very frustrating while being in school.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ink cartridges are easy to refill with bulk ink. Youtube has several DIY refill videos. I printed an auto repair manual with ~900 pages, front and back. No errors. I printed roughly 75 to 100 pages at a time in order to check ink levels and refill when necessary.
The only problem to speak of: Refilled cartridges occasionally weep and must be blotted. It's easy to do for anyone familiar with refilling empty cartridges. You may get a few bad prints after the first refill but they're easy to minimize.
Setting up the WiFi can be tricky. You may have to convert your radio signal type before your device will recognize and communicate with the printer. Follow the setup instructions to the letter so you don't overlook any steps. Worse case scenario, you can use a USB cable.
I got in the habit of inspecting paper before I put it in the tray. Any bent corners are straightened. I also fan the pages to reduce static electricity.
I would recommend this to a friend!
