VERY SMALL, AWESOME SOUND

ITS SMALL AND COMPACT, NOT MUCH BIGGER THAN THE SOUND TOUCH 10. IT HAS QUAILTY SOUND WITH GREAT BASS. IT FITS PRETTY MUCH ANYWHERE AND IS VERY EASY TO USE.

We have two sound touch 20s (and a sound link). Most of what we listened to is apple airplay. Before the new software update, we had to press and hold the aux button to reset the system occasionally, but it always worked. The sound is wonderful but the convenience is even better. It seems many people (and I was one of them) have trouble or had trouble with airplay or wifi and give up rather than searching for a solution. This unit may not be for everyone, but my family uses them multiple times a day.

My First Bose

I have heard that Bose is the best so I bought what I wanted and brought the SoundTouch 20 (Series III) home, plugged it in and downloaded the app on my IPhone, Android tablet and my laptop. I had read complaints about difficulty with the app but have encountered none so far, except that for Spotify, it requires premium, but if I Bluetooth from my phone, I can avoid the need for Spotify premium at this time. I thought I was doing pretty good when I bought Advent speakers, but Bose has completely blown me away with the clarity and quality of sound that this tiny speaker can produce. I also always thought that a Bose speaker was out of my reach financially, so I am glad that I could get such a great sounding wireless speaker at a price that I could actually pay and not skip a month on the mortgage. I will buy a 30 next time. Or more 20s!

Just discovered that my Bose Soundlink 20 now plays my personal playlists from Amazon Music Unlimited! Have loved my Bose since receiving it as a gift in 2015. Rich, clear sound, simple to program. Very pleased.

Great features and even better sound

I bought those speakers few days ago. This is my second Bose product and I love it its worth every penny. Sound is better than I expected. It's really easy to set up I used android phone and it was piece of cake. Lots of Internet stations to choose from. Good job Bose.

Wonderful Sound Family

The 20 was my first Bose purchase and the quality of the sound combined with fantastic ease of use got me immediately hooked. Within 6 months after buying the 20,I've added a SoundTouch 30 and a SoundTouch 10 to my collection. My whole first floor is filled with music all day long. The fact that you can sync the speakers to all be playing the same thing is amazing to me. I have the 20 and 30 hooked up through ethernet cables and the 10 runs on wifi and somehow they all work so smoothly together that I never miss a note while going from room to to room. Absolutely fantastic sound system. Thanks Bose

Amazing

I am from Southeast Asia, A friend of mine got me from US (bought it ofc). I wanted to buy Soundtouch 30 but it is a bit heavy so he could not bring it so got me 20 instead. I wanted to get BOSE, and i got one. Had no difficulty setting up, and the sound is amazing. I have fallen in love with my BOSE system. the only trouble is non of the online music channels (spotify etc) work in my country. any suggestion?
