The stove I didn't know I needed until I got it!

We got this range in this spring and we love so many things about it. I love the large capacity of both ovens, the variable size choices on the stovetop, and the rapid boil feature (though I wish it worked for both sizes on that side). My cakes turn out perfect, the pizza feature meets the needs of everyone in the house with the varied pizza preferences, and wings are always a hit, of course. I definitely get my squats in when using the lower oven if I've got something large and heavy to lift out; guess that's good for this senior citizen, though. However, there are a few concerns and suggestions. 1) The numbers and letters are disappearing on the control knobs - even on the ones I rarely use. 2) The stainless steel front panel and knobs are difficult to clean and get that desired polished look. 3) Be careful about accidentally leaning in and engaging the controls; it would have been nice if there was more of an "push and turn" engagement necessary to turn the stovetop on. Be careful/vigilant if you have youngsters. 4) It would be nice of there was a more specific indicator of which area of the stovetop is still hot after turning the unit off. 5) It would be nice if we could leave the top oven door ajar when broiling toast without the "door open" alarm going off so we could keep an eye on the progress and avoid burning it! BUT... all in all, this is a great product. Just needs a few tweaks. (I would really like to get some replacement knobs, though.)

I love the double oven feature, I cook and bake a lot so its been so nice to have two ovens in one unit. I have a small kitchen and so its nice to have two ovens within the same space as a traditional stove/ oven . Everything cooks evenly and its so pretty! I bought a new fridge and the same time and my litte kitchen looks beautiful with my new LG appliances!

The ovens don’t work.

We have had this range for a year & a half. We had a technician out to replace a board shortly after we bought it because the ovens cooked too hot & uneven. After a second visit, they still cook too hot & uneven. Nothing that I bake turns like like it should. I think we have a lemon. I would like the range replaced. Please advise. Thank you.

Top burner failed after three uses however service was quick and found a pinched wire that caused the main PCB to burn out all fixed in one visit. only complaint is that rear of Oven required a rear wall gap to vent by virtue of a bracket which in turn pushed unit out in front of our kitchen cabinets which was unexpected (2.5 inches). Using the top oven to cook and bottom for storage of various oven trays, top heats fast maybe 5 minutes to full 400+. Nice finish in oven makes for super easy to clean up with wet paper towel alone.

I've had this range for several years and already reviewed about how easily the knobs on the front turn the burners 'on'. I have done it several times reaching to the back burner and then turning around to go to my sink....resulting in an 'off' burner turning 'on' without knowing it. I've had 2 small fires and my adult son had it happen to him while cooking in our house realizing what I've been saying about it.

Obviously it looks amazing in our new kitchen remodel, but it also has really improved the health of our home. We have family members with asthma. In our old oven, we would need to cook an item for an hour and the direct heat would burn edges, cause smoke that you didnt always see but could feel. How unhealthy! Stove top is beautiful and works well, easy to clean. Oven does not heat to set temperature as it indicates with a beep. Then oven heats up to 40 degrees over set temp before element stops heating. Once temp hits about 25 degrees under set temp, element comes back on. This is ok for roasting but cars will not rise properly and may be raw in the center and burn on outside. I am very unhappy. Service man came and said all the newer ovens work that way. No more baking.

In most cases A burned-out baking element is the most common cause of temperature problems in electric ovens. This metal coil at the base of the oven contains wiring that generates heat when it receives an electrical current. Although, this may not be the issue we would like to investigate further to get a proper resolution for you. ~Tanisha
