Terrible quality control

First one the convection fan didn't work on the bake cycle but did on the roast cycle so likely an issue with the control board, replacement has a crooked drawer face...drawer and unit are level, the face to the drawer is literally fixed on the drawer crooked. How does that get out of the factory without anyone noticing? Returning and going with a different brand.

Just got this today after waiting for it to arrive for way too long. Nice looking appliance. It is not sturdily built. The metal is thin and the stainless came stained.
When I removed the packing tape the drawer fell off because all of the tiny pop rivets holding it on had broken off except one. The retailer said they will have to replace the stove. Great, it is 12/21/2018. So I was told to keep the stove until a new one arrived in a couple weeks. I can cook without a door on the bottom of the stove.
I converted the stove from natural to propane and that is a pain. The bolts are hard to get to for the oven. But it was done. I plugged in the stove and the GFI tripped. I pulled the stove back out and realized that the wires are trapped between the stove body and the thin cover plate that is the back of the stove. Plugged the stove back in and it works. Opened the oven door to level the stove and the GFI trips. That is a dead short somewhere.
So tomorrow, I go looking for something else. Assuming I can get my money back from the retailer, I will be purchasing something else. Since I can't have a stove for christmas dinner, or anything else for that matter for at least two weeks or months maybe, Unless GE comes up with a really good incentive, I'm buying elsewhere.

grill is very heavy to remove for seniors

the previous model you were given a grate and grill to use. we do not have a choice. if grate was in the middle it is easier to clean . I don't see my wife using the grill for that reason

One of the racks had rust on it when the range was delivered. I wasn't too concerned about it, but, after running the steam cycle to clean the oven after cooking the Thanksgiving turkey, there is rust appearing at multiple places inside the oven itself, not to mention that the steam cleaning cycle left the oven looking worse than before I "cleaned" it. My husband and I are very particular about cleaning the stove/oven after use, and I'm quite disappointed in the results so far. As far as actual cooking goes, it performs about the same as any other range would.

Just bought it so still feeling it out. Does not have any bonus features as far as a quick preheat option etc. One problem I have noticed is if you set a timer and want to prolong the bake time for a few minutes you can't and to cancel the beeping you have to turn the whole oven off. Other than that the griddle is nice and continuous range is nice.
