i am very happy with this product heats up to temp quickly cooks well easy to clean .i am very happy with g.e. there made well and there american made and i hope they stay in the u.s.a.

I LOVE THIS STOVE!!

I'm so happy with this stove. This 5 Burner GE Profile stove is well worth the extra money! With it's sleek, sophisticated design and very spacious oven, the burners are wide enough for my largest pots and kettles. The middle 5th burner has a reversable Griddle/Grate cover that also serves as a 'rest' for utensils when not in use. The digital controls at the back of the stove are very intuitive (easy to operate) and the ledge at the top of the stove back serves as a shelf for my most used spice containers. Appreciate the 'prompt' alert ding to let you know when the oven preheat has reached temp! Looking forward to using the Broiler and Convection oven features! Note: No product manual is provided with the purchase - there is one available online at the GE site. However, GE customer service was most accomodating when I said I felt more comfortable with the hard copy and sent one to me.

I have always had electric stoves and finally decided to get a gas range. I cannot believe how awesome this particular stove is. I absolutely love the cast iron griddle, I have hesitated before because of the coating on other grills and when I saw this stove with the cast iron I new I had made up my mind. I also love the slate color which gives such a rich tone to my kitchen.

Four surface burners sized to accommodate all of your different sized pots and pans. At the lower setting you can keep food warm all day without worring about food sticking to the bottom of the pan. The oven is the most even cooking appliance I have ever owned. From cookies to roast turkey everything bakes evenly.
The slate finish always looks good and the range top is very easy to clean.

Bought this 3 months ago and have had to replace the interior light bulb six times. SIX TIMES! Finally a service repair person is coming today, but a huge annoyance. Otherwise a gorgeous range - clean lines, oven heats up quickly and evenly, burners light up immediately every time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Design and performance very good!

Overall, we like the design, two sizes of burners, and oven performance. But a few negatives: the grates on top of the burners are too heavy, and it's awkward to clean because of having to lift the center grill before cleaning anything. Also, it's odd to have the lighting at the beginning when turning the knob; prefer it when turned all the way to right. Would prefer receiving a paper booklet rather than having to go online and print one. Also, specks of the black is coming off the grates when a pot is slid across it--plan to speak to dealer about that issue.

The part I like most is the surface material, very easy to clean. Cause we do lots of frying and stewing, oil can be spreaded everywhere. But you can easily clean it, just like new!
