Needs improvement

It’s hard to make an informed choice until the product is in your home. There are some features that could use improvements. The grill cover in the center of the stove weighs a ton, That has to be removed before the grates can be removed. So therefore, I have to take the whole top of the stove off in order to clean the grates. Should be an easier way!

Trouble with Convection setting

we've had our range for approx 6 months now. We love it. Except the convection setting. I tried to bake 2 trays of cookies using convection setting and it flattened & underbaked my normal perfectly shaped cookies. I've tried twice now. I'm almost worried it doesn't even work properly like the setting is defective or something. The unit was installed before we moved into our new home. I'm afraid to use the convection setting now for cookies because I don't want to ruin another batch. Help please.

I am disappointed in my stove

I bought the stove that had four burners and a grill & griddle in the middle. I am unable to use my large frying pan with the grill/griddle as it does not fit fully on the burner. Now I am unable to use this frying pan. I also cannot use my large pots.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
