Overall, a great stove.

We bought our stove 2 months ago and especially appreciate the "Power Boil" front burners. They boil water and other liquids very rapidly. Our only disappointment is we had a hot sheet pan accidentally came in contact with the cover over the range's digital display and because it is plastic, it melted. It should have been made of glass or another more durable material.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible smell when the first few times we used the oven. Something that the owners manual should address up front and not way in the back under Troubleshooting. While the cast iron grates on stovetop conduct heat well , they are heavy so cleaning the stove top takes muscle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Housekeeping rated this oven best in the gas range category. I have been baking a lot for Christmas. The temp seemed too low based on my selection so I bought an oven thermometer. This confirmed my guess. However I have learned to adjust the setting and cooking time to get great results.
It took a little getting used to the timer. It is very different from the GE microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent stove with great oven

We updated our kitchen and wanted a gas range with convection oven. The oven is great--it heats up quickly and evenly. The range is great. Some features take some time to get used to how to use or set, but other than that we are happy with our purchase.

Front burners are too hot for normal cooking.

Went with the SS look for future selling of house. Black to very hard to keep clean. The front burners are to big, therefor too hot for normal cooking. Should be reversed with back to front, front to back. Oven seems to work fine. Buttons on panel require hard push to operate.

I have been using it for two weeks. The burners work great. I love the grill/griddle option. I used the grill for burgers and grilled asparagus so far. The griddle makes pancakes easy. It does put off a fair amount of heat so be aware of this. Also, my convection oven option doesn't seem to work. I have a call into the appliance store to see why the fan keeps cycling on and off, with the range display panel making clicking noises. I tried to use it and it took so long to bake something, that I ended up turning it off and restarting with the plain oven option. So I am not entirely thrilled so far. Looks great though in the black stainless finish.
