Love my new stove

I absolutely love my new stove and it matches my other appliances as well. The gas burners precision are the best. No adjusted was needed... I cannot wait to cook my Thanksgiving dinner (baking is my expertise). I have to get use to the broiler being on top instead at the bottom that will be easy for me to adjust to. This is my first time using a convention oven and I notice that when baking on more than one rack the food has to be distributed evenly. No problem.
I am ordering several accessories as well.

Love my new range. I researched for several months before deciding which one to purchase. So happy with this choice. We got the center grate to replace the griddle and love the continuous grate top. I didn’t want to keep the griddle exposed to the daily grime and splatters. It stores nicely in the bottom drawer. The top surface is so easy to wipe clean as there are no indentions to collect debris.

Finish Peeled off

I've had my range for a couple of months now so I feel I can fairly rate it. First off, the oven and convection oven settings are great, things heat evenly and thoroughly without burning. Broiler doesn't get as much use, but it's flexible with the adjustable shelves and works well for broiled steaks. 4 burners on top - one word: sensitive! A small adjustment can go a long way. My previous range was either full on to cook or off - nothing in between. This adjusts the gas so a small change will change how you cook what's on the burner. The 4 different sized burners also give me many options - I Rarely use the power burner except for heavy boiling pots. The center griddle is new for me and I love this! It has one issue with it being a single burner: the center of the griddle cooks well and you have to rotate the foods to get the outer areas to brown or cook as fast. Cleanup for the griddle is fast and easy in the sink OR you can put it in the dishwasher like the rest of the burners. The only thing I did notice about the griddle is that the side of the griddle that is closest to the oven exhaust has lost its dark coloring (it's literally invisible when the griddle is in place so you need to pick it up and look at it). So I would recommend making sure the same side of the griddle is always to the back of the range to prevent an unsightly change to your range's appearance.
