I have never had a gas oven and I have been very pleased so far. It cooks well and within about the same amount of time as electric ovens. The gas cooktop is performing as well or better than ones I have used previously. The burners ignite quickly/easily. I love the griddle feature, which is something that is new to me. It has allowed me to get rid of a bulky griddle appliance! The cooktop also cleans up easily!

Excellent Range

Looks great and so easy for cooking your favorite meals. We just cooked a round roast which called for 500 degrees. Used Convection and it heated up within 5 minutes. The door was still cool so very well insulated. You will be pleased!

disappointing value cost/features

This range is good looking but GE could do better in quality for the price. My first range was returned due to lingering burning metalic odor when broiling and the oven temperature was about 50 degrees off for baking. Just got the replacement yesterday and was able to cook out the new unit odor in about 30 minutes. Oven calibration remains to be tested. One note and very disappointing is the timer beep. Unless you are standing right next to it in the kitchen you will not hear it. Recommend with reservations

Grill Pan Problem

I ike the range but the grill pan that is in the middle is Junk, it is losing the finish and I only use plastic or nylon on it
