My first convection oven

My range was installed the day before Thanksgiving. Dove right in cooking the holiday turkey and a ham. Was pleased at the reduced cooking time but still turned out a flavorful meal. Tried the steam cleaning feature which was not as effective as I'd hoped, but great alternative since I hate the fumes from chemical cleaners
