Essential functions

I bought my stove several months ago. The product is good and has all functions I need. I love to cook and live in an apartment. I did not do my homework regarding stainless steel and how difficult it is to keep clean. Also the pot draw broke the first week. I tried riding the part but it does not appear to be an orderable part so my new draw is lopsided. Again I did not do my homework and the black top makes it difficult to see where cleaning is needed. And the heavy burner cover chipped the enameled top already when I was trying to clean. The front burner high power is super fast and should not be used until you are used to the feature. The convection is amazing. I would like a grill for the centers well. As I make many one pot meals. My 3 star rating is aesthetic reasons. In the store the aesthetic s are what attracted me as well as the price point but the issues I mentioned which happened once home lowered my rating. The stove and oven have wonderful features and deserve 5 stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bari G

I haven't got the chance to bake as much as I normally do. The speed baking didn't cook well. Took too much time. My old oven was on target. I need to read the Manuel. I think it must reduce the heat when you turn on the convection oven. I bake all the time but, haven't done much this summer because of my being busy. I need to work on adjusting the baking. The timer is too quiet and I had to buy a timer and put it on my fridge so I don't burn my food. I don't care for the raised grates over the burners. But I do like the grill in the middle. All though it doesn't cook evenly, but I know to move food often to get cooked together. I don't like the different size burners. The tiny one is a waste. Go back to 4 even size burners.

Great oven, disappointing top burners.

I updated my 25 year old GE range with this one with convection. I love the oven and how it cooks evenly but the top burner controls do not have the range of adjustment that my old one did and they cook too hot to suit me. My tops are jiggling on the pots while cooking, even on the lowest setting and on the simmer burner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor heat output from burners.

I've had my stove now for about 2 years and thought I'd leave an update.
1st off, power output is terrible. It takes FOREVER to boil water and the burners are so large that most of the heat goes around the pot, or just heats the edges (and pot handle!) I end up using the simmer burner more than the others because it's the smallest, most efficient and works best (I know that sounds backwards). Also, the convection part of the oven auto-adjusts your set temperature down, while keeping the time the same. I want the other way, keeping temps as set, but reducing cooking time, like a commercial oven. Gas heat output and the convection option are the main reasons why I bought this stove (better heat output to burners, less cooking time), but both are big fails.

ONLY HAD IT ONE DAY SO FAR. PLAYED WITH IT FOR A COUPLA HOURS LAST NIGHT AND A COUPLA MORE THIS MORNING. LOVE THE GRIDDLE AND THE BIG BURNER. STEAM CLEANING FEATURE WORKS A DREAM.

Wish that it came with a center burner grate, along with the gridle. Wish the bottom drawer was stronger.

My wife cooked a cake this morning for Thanksgiving. Due to the "convection oven {which we have never had before}, the cake cooked so much faster, and came out great! She was so pleased the way it turned out!
