Love the large burners and the built in griddle!

Love the large burners and the built in griddle. And the convection oven option is a delight! Not to mention the steam or self clean oven. Definitely on the professional level. The only way this Gas Range could be improved would be if it came with it's own Food Network Chef to cook for us.

Heavy Duty grates and grill

I bought this range because of its heavy grates. I do a lot of canning and the weight of a fully loaded caner collapsed the burner on my electric range. With this range I will have no worries when fall canning season comes around.

Each burner is great, even the simmer burner. Very fast boil. Easy to maintain a low flame. Love the griddle aspect, too.

Disappointing

Works ok. I found it hard to center pans on the burners, especially the large on. The surface is black so it constantly needs to be cleaned which is difficult due to having to remove the grates. Also, you are very limited in what can be used to clean the surface. I found that out the hard way when I used a sponge with a scubas surface. I now had scratches within one week of purchase. The steam feature is weird. Supposedly it should leave water on the interior surface so you can wipe it clean, when I opened the oven there was still a good amount of water in the well and no water where there should be. Too bad they don't have 30 day return guarantee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
