GREAT transition from traditional to convection

I've been using this model for 2 weeks and am happy with all of its features. I was wondering if the convection bake settings would be different for my cake/cookie baking. I have used it both ways and it's very agreeable. I initially lowered my temperature by 25 degrees (lots of online advice to do so), but have found that the same temperature that the recipe calls for is just fine. I've never been able to cook on two racks successfully before and this convection bake setting gives great results. I watch the time and have not been disappointed yet. The cooktop is perfectly spaced for my pots and have used all four burners at once along with the griddle. Great buy and I'm completely satisfied.

Don't miss that electric range!

I am so glad to have a gas range again! I am especially enjoying the grill. The stove cooks all food evenly and I love using the oven. Every thing comes out so moist. The only down side is having to clean up the range but other than that, I can live with it.

The Oven is Great!

Our first time with a convention oven, very impressed with quality and cooking of the oven. The burns work well, but the don't get as low a flame as we were use to. Still it's a very nice product.
