I love the slate look and the grill in the center with the long burner under it. Cooks and bakes great. The burners have high heat and the oven preheats fast. Nice size storage in bottom drawer. The back is a little higher than my last stove which was also a GE which I had for 18 years. Haven't tried the self cleaning yet but sure it will be fine. I have an issue with the finish on burners because they snag every thing I use to clean them, but every range I looked at had the same finish.

My wife and I are both very happy with this range. It's reliable, the thermostat hold the temperature reliably, the griddle is very convenient and works well, and the stovetop is easy to clean.
