Needed to replace it after only 3 months!

Range was new in January and by the end of January it would not heat to desired temps, would not hold heat, and then would not even pre-heat. A new panel was ordered in February to correct this and in March the same problem occurred again. The dealer wanted to install a new panel again but it was on back order so long they gave me a new range. If on back order I assume many others were having this same problem thus no available panels. New range is now 2 weeks old and so far so good but we are keeping our fingers crossed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our New Stove

The design of the stove top was the selling point for us. Looks very professional.
Also the convection feature was important.
BUT! The bottom drawer was VERY poorly designed. The drawer just sits on a slide with no support what-so-ever. When pulled out, the drawer flops onto the floor, and falls off of it's track.

Great Gas Range - We Love It!

After using a simple gas range for many years, the need to replace it arrived.
We did quite a bit research on features and price and this model won the game and after using it for a while, also our hearts...

We bought the slate color which besides the fact that we love the color and appearance, is also fingerprint resistant which - in our opinion - was worth the extra few bucks. (one con though, the oven handles - where fingerprints happen most - are stainless steel, still easier to wipe off just the bar handle than having to clean the entire oven door...).
Very easy to install (like any oven of this type...) so I installed it myself which took just a few minutes, including the extra precaution steps I took to ensure the gas line is tight enough and sealed at the connections.
Using it a lot on a daily basis to cook and bake, It's easy to use, comes with convection and nice big oven-door window.
Especially appreciated is the center section which has replaced the traditional griddle since.

Overall an excellent gas range for the price. Cooks well and bakes well, of course, everything comes down to the recipe and the chef which I have an awesome one - my wife...

This product looks great with clean lines and contrasting colors. The stainless steel areas do not smudge. The graphite burners and areas are easy to clean. Both gas cooker and oven work really well and foods and pastries come out well cooked/baked

Great looking appliance, easy to install, Burners are very impressive, the griddle in the middle is handy, but we purchased the middle grate which helps when cooking a lot of things or keeping a pan warm. Wife loves it
