Love the idea of a quick-boil burner and the convection oven. Center grill area a great idea. Easy to clean around the burners.

Best range ever!

We bought our new home and got to upgrade the features. We are not disappointed at all! The rapid boil is amazing, oven cooks evenly and best pizza ever! Super easy to keep clean and the steam clean feature is amazing as well! I have nothing bad to say about this range!

I tested my oven, at 350 degrees F, for about an hour, using a very accurate probe type thermometer (Chef Alarm). I started recording, when the oven finished preheating.
There was a wide variation, in temperatures, from 350 all the way to 390. It never went below 350F.
The oven seems to be running HOT.
I have the instructions, for correcting the calibration, but:
What range of temperatures should I expect (+ or - the set temp)?
and
How much should I correct the calibration?

Perfect for cooks!

I’ve been cooking on this stove for over a year and I love it. The oven heats quickly and bakes evenly and consistently. The range is easy to control and fun to cook with. The griddle in the center is fantastic for pancakes, eggs, quesadillas, steaks or anything else you can think of- plus it’s easy to clean.

The oven portion of my old range has been out for more than 10 years and I have not baked anything for a while. I love this range. It is beautiful and functional.
However, the bottom drawer would not shut tight and I have asked to replace it.
Otherwise I am happy with it.
