Aluminum Griddle

All of the burners are made of steel. The griddle is made of aluminum and coated with a coated anti-stick surface. Anti-stick is bad for your health. Scratches began to show after three uses. A steel griddle is not an option. Not well thought out by GE. I would not recommend this product because of the aluminum griddle.

Only negative is that the oven seems to “beep” it is preheated a few minutes before it actually reaches desired temperature.

Beautiful oven, great features

We bought this a week ago and have used it daily. It bakes perfectly. The control knobs are large and easy to read/use. The convection, timing etc features are easy to use. On top of all of this, it's also a beautiful appliance.

Like the range so much, but do not see or understand the "convection oven" feature on it. I used convection to bake a loaf of bread and thought it would cook quicker than if I had not used convection. It did not. What does convection mean?
