Able to bake and roast. Simmer my sauce/ gravy. It keeps temperatures where it is supposed to be. Makes for a perfect outcome every time.

I upgraded from an older standard gas range to this one because I was replacing all of my pieces in the kitchen and decided that GE had the features I liked. Color is outstanding except it does show dust easier than whit though. Features make sense and once I got used to how modern it worked I love the functionality. I really like the fact that the burner tops are cast iron an easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like my older one better

I needed to replace my older GE oven because it wasn't preheating properly and I was told that the part I needed to fix it would cost a lot, if they could even get the part. This one is nice because it functions much like my other, however, I like to leave the oven door open after I am done using the oven so I can heat the house with the residual heat that comes out of the oven, but when I do that the oven light stays on. There is no way for me to shut the oven light off and leave the door open. Yes, there is an oven light to turn on when the door is closed, but no way to shut it off if the door is opened and not in use. The griddle is a nice feature. I am still trying to get use to the convection part of this oven. Some food gets over cooked and some gets under cooked.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Heats well. No issues...the big burners puts out huge flame....havent tested broiler yet. But oven works great...it takes a little bit to figure out the oven and clock controls..but pretty simple once you figure it out
