It's a wonderful range and everything works great with one exception; the bottom drawer. The drawer is not made at all well and does not move easily and comes off the track readily. However, the range is very good and worth the money. Just don't load heavy items in the bottom drawer.

matches the microwave, love the grill.easy to use.the timer continues to sound so you wont miss the end of the bake time. Old stove sounded once and if you didn't hear it, to bad.

Our first new range in 24 years. Love the high output burner for boiling large pots of water. The simmer burner is nice and the oven with convection is fantastic.

We like our range, especially the wok ring accessory. I'm making great stir-frys now! There are four things that are less than optimal however:
1.) The storage drawer is very lightweight and barely supported. This could be more heavy-duty and with drawer glides would be much improved.
2.) The low burner settings really aren't low enough. I wish I could turn down the heat even more.
3.) There are more increments on the burner dials than levels of flame. There is virtually no change in flame between 1 & 3, 3 & 6 and 6 & 10. Practically speaking there are only three levels of heat. Well, that may be an exaggeration but it sure seems that way.
4.) We don't like the non-stick griddle at all. The coating is already getting scuffed and worn due to our use of a pizza stone. We rest it on top of the range at various steps in the cooking process and I've scuffed the finish by sliding it off. A plain old cast iron griddle would be preferred. In fact I'll probably buy one soon and use the center grate accessory that we bought with the range. Plus the chemicals in non-stick coatings are generally perceived to be unhealthy. Non-stick products seem to offer convenience but in the final analysis are inferior.
