Great Griddle

So far awesome stove the convection oven heats up super fast and the griddle in the middle of the stove top is great did pancakes, grill cheese the first day the new range got here

It's HOT!

So my husband and I have been wanting a gas stove for 13 years since we bought our house, and this past weekend our old stove finally kicked the bucket! So we ran out and bought this stainless steel BEAUTY! I had been looking at this same range, but a slide in version and really loved it. But was concerned that things would fall behind it too easily. When we went to the store they were out of that range. (Sadness) BUT they had two left of this one, which was $400 cheaper AND has a back to it so things wouldn't fall behind the stove or splash and ruin our wall! We were THRILLED!
My husband and I use the griddle for eggs every single morning. We love the instant heat of the gas burners. The grates are substantial and do not slip or slide at all.
The only drawbacks that I've noticed so far are: when using the convection setting on the oven the air tends to push out the top and right towards you if you are standing at the stove top cooking. Making the process quite hot. So I probably won't be using that setting much this summer... but in the winter I WILL ONLY USE THAT SETTING. ;) The stainless steel definitely shows fingerprints, so a good cleaning spray is recommended. But overall this range is fantastic and after the first week of doing everything we could to put it through it's paces we are still VERY happy with our purchase! I feel like this range is a GREAT deal for the the features that are included!

Let’s talk...GE is an excellent household brand name, backed by their warranty. I have NEVER had any problems with any of their products.
I cannot wait to use our new GE gas range. I LOVE the griddle, as well as my son! So many features, the oven controls: cook time, oven turns off when when cooking time is complete; delay time is pretty awesome too! But, the best is the steam cleaner & fan inside will be a breeze I’m throwing away all oven cleaners!
Seriously, if you are looking for a range here you go! Solid product

It is easy to clean and cook with. We especially like the griddle in the middle. Not only is it great for cooking but when not using those burners it gives a place to set hot items to keep them warm while cooking other items.

Had previous GE 12yrs and it was working fine , 6 grilled cheese loving kids slaughtered the bottom door beyond repair soooooo now I have my grill at the very top, keep those grilled cheese coming, and did I mention price !!!!! thanks GE, always my #1.
