I've used griddle, all burners, convection oven which I love and broiler. I haven't had a problem yet.

New oven - looks good but...

Recently replaced my 25 year old GE stove due to remodel. I'm not sure if the convection setting is working correctly and cannot find any help/advice on line. The fan turns on sporadically while baking using the convection option. Is this the way it's supposed to work? Seems no different than the regular oven option. Also, once the oven is on, the clock no longer is visible. At this point, not sure if i would recommend to a friend.

Should be able to buy set up for propane. Should come with center grate . Had to buy. Will never use the griddle. Already have a 120 year old Griswold griddle! Just hooked it up today. Everything works as it should. I really like that the oven, gets to 350* in less than 5 minutesand looks great.Hope it gives me another 23 years of service like my old stove.

The product came as I read the reviews and also the hook up was fast as easy. The stove makes my cooking much more faster than when I was using electric stove.
