Looks great; worried about "nonstick" griddle

Just installed it. May update/add review after some use. The unit is beautiful, and I missed cooking on gas for the last 20 years or so. The central griddle was a major selling point for me. I only worry about its "nonstick" surface. I may investigate buying a couple more griddles now (since they are available now) to be able to replace if/when the nonstick surface deteriorates. The "primary reason" question below is overly restrictive: I chose for feature set (central griddle).

I bought this product after seeing so many good reviews. It is an excellent product with many options and looks great!! We love the steam clean option and the variety of burner BYU's.

Only have had this stove a few days but love it already. Have used the stove top -- including fifth burner with griddle and oven.

Fast preheating in convection mode and very even baking. Nice consistent flame on the stove top burners. Much better than my old gas range.
