Researched all different stove models and companies. I had a GE profile for 20 years and it was great. Decided to buy another and I am not disappointed. This time I bought a combination regular cook and convection. Love it!

So far, I'm very pleased with my new G.E. Oven/Stovetop. Although I've had it since July, I haven't had a chance to use the convection oven yet. The regular oven and stovetop are very nice.
I love the griddle in the center for pancakes or grilled cheese sandwiches, but it's very messy for frying up a package of bacon. The entire stovetop has to be cleaned afterwards, so I continue to use a pan for cooking bacon. While shopping for this appliance, I looked at some other brands that also had a center griddle. The GE brand was the only one that was designed to have the top of the griddle sit at the same height as the side burners, which allows you to use both features at the same time. On the other brands, the pans wouldn't sit centered on the burners while the griddle was being used. I can easily use both at the same time.
One thing I'm not thrilled about, is that when the oven is being used, there's no clock display. Also, I wish that you could set the timer to be louder. I don't always hear it if I'm in another room of the house. I hope these things could be changed in future models.
I personally don't like the dark color of the stovetop, but that's a general trend in today's appliances. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase. It cleans easily, control knobs are good, storage drawer is sufficient and the griddle is a great feature.

Good Value & EAsy to Keep Clean

My wife and I purchase this range to replace a white GE range that my wife hated to clean. The black cooking surface is much easier to clean and the five different size burners are very useful when using several different size pans. The convection oven feature does a great job baking and roasting. We haven't used the self cleaning yet, but are looking forward to using the steam cleaning feature. My wife is very satisfied with this range.

Perfect for my kitchen

I bought this range back in March. I had no idea how antiquated my old range was. The new appliance comes with 5 burners and each one cooks to a different intensity. The griddle in the middle of the range is great for pancakes and burgers.
