Just purchased this oven disappointed just because it is convection it has no oven light ! I know I'm going to miss that the grates may look different but REMEMBER it a two burner grate which is heavier than a single I also don't like the idea of having NO owners manual you have to down load and print or look up things when you may come across an issue
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

convection range

I have never used convection before and am amazed with it. I have the griddle in the center of the range top and use it more than any of the other burners.

Ok range but didn't have an oven light switch and they don't come with broiler pans, which we didn't know.

Not happy that oven indicator does not tell me what temperature it is as it warms up.

We have had this gas stove for 2 months and are very pleased with it. Switched from electric after 20 plus years, so it is taking time to adjust to gas burners. They get very hot, fast! The oven also cooks hotter and faster than our electric one did. That is a good thing. Oven is so much better than the electric. Have not tried the griddle yet, but expect to like that option. We have yet to experiment with the broiler. My complaint is that GE no longer supplies an Owners' Manual with this appliance. It has to be downloaded from the website. Not at all happy with that.
