We bought about a month ago when our old one broke down. Love all the features - the multiple size burners, the timer separate from the clock, the convection oven, etc. we don’t find the fan too loud, my husband can’t even hear it. The sounds for the timer and the oven temperature are plenty loud if you are in another toom (up to 1200 square feet at least). Haven’t tried melt or quick boil features yet. So far no problem withthe top even though my husband burned some baked beans onto the ceramic glass. Just followed directions and still looks like new.

It is a nice change from the coils to a flat top.

This is a new way to cook for me as I was used to a coil burner. I prefer gas but that is not an option where I live. I know it is easier to keep clean and it had a warm burner. So far very happy with my new stove!
