I love my new oven! It arrived just hours ago and I have been baking already. My lemon streusel bread turned out great! I would expect nothing less after owning GE appliances for many years! The whole experience was extremely pleasant, from the initial calls to customer service to the appliance delivery!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Self Cleaning is a bust

I love the stove top but I have a mess when I tried the self clean function. The glass will not get clean It is cloudy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A couple of issues

We thought we'd checked every feature that interested us when we picked our our new range, but... not so much! There is only one hearing element "on" indicator light and one hot surface indicator light. So... which burner is hot? I suppose we'll get used to it, but it's hard to tell. Also... GE people! Some of us are getting older and it would be great if the alarm on the timer were a little bit louder. :) Otherwise... yes, the stove cooks food! The oven works!

Hi there!
With an electric cooktop, the burners should glow red when they are on and hot. When those burners are turned off, the "hot cooktop" indicator should let you know which burners have been in use.

Boils quickly!

The range is attractive. The cooktop performs well with various cooking sizes. The convection bake and convection roast features enhance my recipes.

I have used my new range for almost two months now and I am very pleased so far. Oven heats a little slower than my previous range, but my results have been good. I have adjusted to temperature controls and have made some great dishes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Convection oven the bomb

Difficult decision in which oven to buy for my cake decorating business. Based on reviews this was the best and so far it didn’t disappoint. Cakes baked perfectly. Large oven to get 6 - 8 cakes at one time and all evenly baked. Looks great and love the 5 burners on top and steam clean feature for in between cleans
