More features than I need!

Hard to clean cooktop

So far it works fine, but the first time I boiled zucchini it overflowed and I actually had to scrape it off. Anything that gets on the cooktop has to be scraped off, in fact. Not pleased at all with this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful inside and out

So far we love this oven. The outside is such a beautiful color and SO easy to clean. The inside was weird to me at first because the heat coils are on top and not the bottom but think of the time it takes to clean around the coils. I am so excited for this feature.

Love love love my new GE Range & Convection Oven!! The burners are so easy to control!! A constant even summering was almost impossible in my previous range’ ( not a GE) and the baking with convection is practically flawless! All my baking has improved with the equal distribution of heat & convection roast cooks meat to perfection! I started housekeeping with GE sppliances back in the mid 1970’s and now I am back to stay.
I would recommend this to a friend!

High Quality Stove

This stove is so much better than my previous stove. The burners heat up like they should and the oven doesn't burn what you are baking. This is a vast improvement over the stove I used for the last 12 years. It is taking some adjustment time since the burners are so much hotter and it's hard to find the right spot so I don't burn food. That's my learning curve not a stove isssue. Also, since the oven is calibrated correctly it takes a little longer to bake things than the previous stove but the old stove burned the tops of things since it was not calibrated correctly and you had to constantly open the oven door and rotate some of the items being baked to keep them from burning. The top of this GE stove is very hard to clean and the back burners are so close to the control panel that your pan size is limited. All that being said, this GE stove is definitely better than my previous stove.
