Never had the convection feature before and now I wonder where it has been all my life. I can cook on 3 differect racks at once and everything comes out great.

Best baking oven I have owned!

This is my first GE appliance and I LOVE IT! The convection bake and roast features are great. I especially love the convection bake. It makes the best baked goods...cookies, bread, etc. I love the way the outside browns, but the inside doesn’t dry out. The cooktop works great as well and it has been easy to clean. I bought it because of the high ratings it received on Consumer Reports. I also chose it because it was made in AMERICA!

No changing cookie racks from top to bottom....you can use all 3 racks and they all turn out superb!
