Glass top scratches EASILY!

We have only had this stove for 2 months and it’s already scratched! We try so hard to be careful but it is just not durable for pots and pans. Waste of money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard to keep clean

The glass cook top gets dirty very easily. I am constantly wiping it from cooking splatter and dust. The problem is everything I use to clean it just smears and streaks. I have to use the cleaner it came with, even for small spots, and then glass cleaner to get off the streaks. My husband used a scrubbie pad and now the top is so badly scratched I cannot find anything to get it off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Measure your pans first!

Fine for my small pans - fine for my large pans - but my favorite medium pans, not so much. I get by using the small burner but would like a burner that fit a medium sized skillet. My burners seem to run a little hot also. The burners are marked up to nine, I never use anything above 5.

Very nice stove

I just had this stove delivered yesterday. It has 5 burners but only 2 of them work. The 2 right burners and the warming burner won't turn on even thought the burner light comes on. Not happy that this happened. Will have to call the dealer and have a service tech come over and try and figure out what is wrong. I feel that the quality control should be better.

Compared to the last convection oven I had this GE is so quiet. The oven gets to temperature very quick. Love the quick boil burner too. Not happy with the glass top - it does not clean up very well. The timer alarm is way too low.

I bought this stove last week...replaces my other GE glass top convection. We redid the kitchen and I wanted to upgrade to true convection. Haven't tried that yet but everything else is great! The warming burner is a great feature. If you are looking for a new range this is the one! The larger window is not only prettier but gives good view.

Please call me, dissatisfied with front dial panel, looks cheap, seems dented in corners, have tried to reach someone to come out and look at it!!!!
